A coastal park on the island of Odaiba with views of the Rainbow Bridge and a mini urban beach.

The Odaiba Seaside Park is one of the best views of Tokyo without paying a euro of admission. This artificial island in Tokyo Bay offers a white-sand beach about 800 metres long, with direct views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower in the background. Although swimming is not allowed, the beach is perfect for strolling, playing volleyball or simply sitting at sunset when the bridge lights up with hundreds of spotlights. There is also an eleven-metre replica of the Statue of Liberty. Entry to the park is free. Nearby you will find the Aqua City, DECKS Tokyo Beach and DiverCity (with the famous giant Gundam) shopping centres. It is reached on the Yurikamome line to Odaiba Kaihin Koen, or on the Rinkai line to Tokyo Teleport, or even by river boat from Asakusa. The best time to visit is at sunset to see the Rainbow Bridge in natural light and then illuminated.
