Roppongi clubs

Roppongi is the most international district of Tokyo and the epicentre of its nightlife for foreigners. Its streets fill with clubs, nightclubs and cocktail bars that welcome every night a mix of locals, tourists and expats from all over the world. Venues such as ATOM Tokyo or V2 Tokyo offer several themed floors with different music genres, from hip hop to EDM, with high-quality light and sound shows. Entry to most clubs costs between 2.500 and 3.500 ¥ and includes one or two drinks. Some allow cheaper entry before 21:00. The minimum age to enter bars and clubs in Japan is twenty, so bring your passport. The atmosphere picks up from midnight and many venues close when the metro resumes service at 5:00. Tip: book a table at the best-known clubs if you go at the weekend and check the special events on their websites before going out.
