Universal Studios Japan: Express Pass
Universal Studios Japan Express Pass to skip the queues of the most popular attractions; from around 8.000 ¥ (separate from park admission).
The Express Pass of Universal Studios Japan is the perfect complement to make the most of a day at the Osaka park, especially in high season, when the queues for the star attractions can exceed two hours. This pass, which is bought separately from the general admission, guarantees you priority access to a set number of attractions depending on the type (Express 4, 7, etc.), among them those of the Super Nintendo World, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park or Hollywood areas. Each pass is associated with a specific date, so you must choose the day of the visit carefully; the price is dynamic and starts at around 8.000 ¥, rising considerably at weekends, on holidays and during Japanese holidays. Remember that you also need the park admission ticket. Universal Studios Japan is in the bay area, in the Konohana district, and is reached on the JR Yumesaki line to Universal City station. Tip: book the Express Pass weeks in advance because it sells out, and enter the park first thing to combine the with-pass and without-pass attractions efficiently.
